Day 25: A picture of your favorite day

i combined these two, cuz my favorite day also has to deal with something that means a lot to me, motherhood. obviously i have many favorite days, i'm sure you can all guess what they are (wedding day, days my babies were born), but here is a recent one of me and my babes on mother's day. it was a gorgeous day, and we went to breakfast and went on a little hike by our house, and then went to lunch, and it was just a really fantastic day. i love being a mom and work really hard at being the best mom possible (which can be difficult when you have a defiant terrible-twoer that refuses to listen to me!). my kids mean the world to me, and even i can't believe how much they have taught me and continue to teach me everyday.
