Day 7: A picture of your most treasured item

i don't know what my most treasured item is. i don't have any family heirlooms that have been handed down thru generations. i have countless cards and letters my mom wrote to me growing up (all the way thru college she wrote me letters, and still send me a birthday card every year), but they're all in a box somewhere. i have special gifts from family and friends that mean a lot to me, but are they my most treasured item? i have my engagement ring and wedding band, which i love more so for their symbolism (tho i really do love my e-ring), but i don't even wear either anymore (both are locked up in a safe). i could say any number of gadgets and gizmos that make my life a lot easier, but really, i would be fine without all those too. but i do value pictures. i LOVE looking at my parents old pictures of their childhood. i have a terrible memory, and looking at pics takes me back to that specific moment in time. so i take a lot of pictures (and i do mean a LOT). so because of this, i would have to say that my most treasured item is my camera. plus, without a camera, it would be a little more challenging to do this 30 day photo challenge...
