my diet is working...at the end of week 1, i've lost 4.5 lbs! holy crap. yes, i'm still hungry. and yes, i'm still standing. but barely. :P i calculated how many calories i'm consuming a day, and 800 was a very generous estimate. my first day i had about 315 calories, and the next couple days was closer to 500-600. insane!!! i can't believe i'm still functioning on so little calories!!! and working out like a mad woman!

we had a track event this past weekend, and i was really good. i brought all my food and snacks in a cooler and did my best not to cheat. i think i did really well. now this weekend will be the bigger challenge since we'll be in the bay area. i know i can do it!! :) it's almost become an obsession.
