i'm trying this new diet, to lose 12 pounds in 3 weeks! holy crap. basically i eat VERY little, and do a TON of cardio. and yes, i'm hungry! :( but when i'm 12 lbs. lighter in 3 weeks it'll have all been worth it! the real challenge will be to maintain my weight loss...

i know, i'm a total nut case.
