i know some of you have been waiting for me to post pics of our house, and all the blood, sweat and tears we've put into it since we moved in. so here are a few pics for your viewing pleasure.

this is what our family room looked like, when we first saw the house back in september:


here it is as we prepare to paint the walls "sedona brown":


and here it is after we put some finishing touches, added new lighting, replaced the ceiling fan and painted the fireplace and mantle (it looks like our ceiling is on fire!):


here is the guest bathroom before (left is the picture from when we first saw the house, right is just before we sanded the walls and ceiling, repainted, installed new faucets, lighting and hardware):


here is the new and improved guest bathroom! (altho you can't really see the new light fixture...it's a million times nicer than the awful GOLD one that was there before!):
