i totally missed the olympics. i watched the lighting of the torch (very anticlimactic btw, not to mention the torch looked like a giant joint). i caught a prelim 400m IM swimming event (to see what all the hype about this phelps kid was about). and now it's over, and i didn't even see the closing ceremonies. hmph. oh well.
