this was my first easter that i had to work. i was actually excited. past easter's have been sheer chaos, with a million ppl, more than half of them being children under 10. i didn't have any plans with my parents, so it wasn't a big deal to work on sunday. we had our big easter brunch in our ballroom, with 639 covers!! holy crap! it went amazingly well. there was sooooo much great food (and the most amazing dessert stations!)! someday i'll be able to afford to have easter brunch there. i don't know if i'd bring my kids though. would you pay $45 for brunch for a 6-year-old? crazy ppl. but then again, when your baby is wearing a burberry jacket, i suppose $45 is pocket change.
