a friday five from the archives:
1. How many houses/apartments have you lived in throughout your life? (1) korea, (2) coalinga, (3 & 4) fresno, (5, 6 7) fremont, (8, 9, 10, 11) in san luis obispo, (12) avila beach, and (13) here where i am now. hopefully (14) soon... wow that's a lot.
2. Which was your favorite and why? hmm...i guess my studio apt in avila beach my last year of school, which was just a block from the beach. i had amazing sunset views every night.
3. Do you find moving house more exciting or stressful? Why? stressful and exciting at the same time, cuz i have a TON of stuff and packing/moving is never fun, but exciting cuz of all the new possibilities of a new home! (the martha stewart in me really shines! hahaha)
4. What's more important, location or price? location. definitely. i'll figure out how to pay for it somehow, but if i can find a great location, i'll make sacrifices!
5. What features does your dream house have (pool, spa bath, big yard, etc.)? it must have a large garage. i mean laaaaarge (enough to hold at least 10 cars). we already have so many cars (and a sportbike), and parking on the street isn't really an option. a nice back yard for BBQs would be nice too. and lots of storage space. i wouldn't mind a lap pool someday, 2 or 3 lanes, 25 meters long...even starting blocks. that would be cool. i can think of a lot more of these things, but i'll stop here. :)
