okay, i think gene from oxenrose has revalidated my faith in hairstylists!! he's an interesting guy, like a black man trapped in a white man's body. he's super friendly but not all chit chatty where he isn't working on my hair. and my hair is exactly what i wanted him to do! thanks v, for the great referral!! gene rocks!! the scalp/neck massage was worth it alone. so if anyone out there in the sf area is looking for a new hairstylist, go to gene!

i started watching star search, and they totally changed the format and it's just not the same. but i did end up watching the bachelorette only cuz my roommate was, and it was pretty interesting. i'm trying not to get too addicted to too many reality tv shows, but sometimes it gets so outrageous, it's hard not to watch! hahaha...what a couch potato!
